They needed a solution that would emphasize the seriousness of their service, ensuring users were fully engaged in a process designed to foster deeper, lasting relationships. The goal was to differentiate Hitched as a premium matchmaking experience that carefully curated matches based on personality, lifestyle preferences, and long-term compatibility—while maintaining a seamless and engaging user experience. Additionally, they sought to integrate a comprehensive system where AI technology, in-depth personality assessments, and expert matchmakers work in unison to create a truly unique platform.

The Solution

To meet these goals, we developed a platform that balances advanced technology with the human touch. We designed Hitched to include detailed personality assessments, compatibility quizzes, and lifestyle preference surveys, all tailored to align users with highly compatible matches. The integration of a matchmaker dashboard allowed professional matchmakers to interact directly with users, providing personalized advice and fine-tuning match suggestions. A user-friendly interface was created to facilitate easy navigation and encourage engagement through built-in chat, match reports, and detailed personality profiles. Premium subscription plans were introduced to ensure serious participation, offering users features like privacy controls, guaranteed matches, and event invites.

Key features like personality quizzes, love language tests, and subscription options ensured that Hitched provided an experience deeply rooted in finding meaningful connections. The solution was crafted to set Hitched apart as the go-to platform for individuals genuinely interested in committed relationships.
