The rise of artificial intelligence has been accompanied by a great deal of hype and dread. Some are optimistic that technology would fundamentally alter the creative business, while others are concerned that it will fully replace their employment. The reality is that none of those scenarios is likely to occur very soon.

We are at the start of a new wave of AI invention, and we must guarantee that our AI systems are set up to aid our creative process. This process starts with learning how to apply AI tools at various phases of your own workflow to achieve better results with less effort.

So the question is: Will Artificial Intelligence see the end of traditional website design and development as we know it?

The short answer is: not for now.

The Rise of Artificial Intelligence

AI has been bridging the gap between human cognition and machine automation with recent breakthroughs in AI algorithms and machine learning capabilities in order to offer more intuitive functionality and better user experiences. When it comes to online design and development, there is enormous potential to use AI to understand creative rules and apply them autonomously. While AI and machine learning will never completely replace the creative process, they will become more valuable as enhanced intelligence that designers and developers can utilize to improve customer outcomes and create better user experiences.

AI is being used in a variety of areas, including web design. AI has being used to develop site designs that a person would take months to finish. It can assess your company, select the most relevant material for your target audience, and provide it in a visually appealing manner, converting more visitors into buyers than ever before.

AI will be primarily concerned with optimization and speed. AI allows designers to produce designs faster and more inexpensively due to the increased speed and efficiency it provides. The power of AI will be in the speed with which it can assess massive volumes of data and recommend design changes. Based on such data, a designer can then cherry-pick and approve changes. The most successful test designs may be quickly produced, and several prototype versions can be A/B tested with consumers.

ChatGPT

AI technology will undoubtedly impact the way product designers operate. On one side, there are tools for photos that were released this year, such as Dall-E-2, Stable Diffusion, and Midjourney, and on the other, there are AI tools that help create words, such as Wordtune or Lex.

The most recent OpenAI chatbot, launched in 2015 by Elon Musk and Altman, is capable of comprehending human speech and creating in-depth writing suitable for typing to a buddy. To mimic automated customer care chat, an AI chatbot system called Chat Gpt (generating pre-training) is deployed online. This is a big setup, though, because there are numerous alternative responses. If you aren't working with a UX writer, you are aware that composing messages can be a difficult effort. We don't always know how to do it successfully, though, because there aren't always clear writing requirements. In this scenario ChatGPT can save you a lot of time of writing user messages and copy.

Midjourney for visuals

The creative scene isn't the only place where artificial intelligence is used - the current and trendy topic: AI-based applications like "Midjourney" or "Dall-E-2." Both applications generate sophisticated graphics from basic terms or text phrases entered by users, which can even be used to win art competitions. Using "Midjourney" as an example, we'll show you how to utilize the program to convert words into graphics in a matter of seconds and discuss future possibilities.

Can we consider these works to be a collaboration between man and machine, i.e. between artists and artificial intelligence, or are the programs more akin to a new tool, such as a brush and canvas? One thing is certain: the photos created by AIs completely transform the prior method and process of image creation.

Such tools aid, but do not replace, a designer's creativity and experience; only deliberate use leads to the desired result. Because, when it comes to commercial design, the adage "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is no longer sufficient. For this reason, as a UX/UI agency, we have created a scientifically based UX technique that maps a clear design process while also ensuring that the proper brand values are represented in the digital product. Midjourney boosts our daily operations by providing inspirational and leading input for our UX approach at this stage.
